Production Operatives - Immediate Start - Hereford, £13.17p/h + Shift Allowances + Overtime + Excellent Benefits, Working three rotating shifts Monday to Friday.

The Job:
- Operate machinery (lathes, grinders, saws, drills, handheld tools)
- Use measuring equipment & perform quality checks
- Set up machines, monitor production & maintain standards
- Assist with changeovers, cleaning & basic maintenance
- Work as part of a supportive, safety-focused team
What You Need:
- Manufacturing experience - essential
- Good English & numeracy skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-focused
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Able to pass drug & alcohol testing
Shifts:
- Weekly rotation:
- Days: 06:00-14:00
- Afternoons: 14:00-22:00
- Nights: 22:00-06:00
Pay & Perks:
- £13.17 basic + £1.79 p/h (double days) + £2.98 p/h (nights)
- Overtime at enhanced rates
- Excellent pension & life assurance (x4 salary)
