Education and Early Years Assessor
Cirencester
Salary: £26,993- £30,060 FTE per annum. Hourly rates: £14.03 - £15.62 + holiday rates of £2.54 - £2.83 per hour.

Would you relish the opportunity to support our T-level Education and Early Years students to flourish within early years settings?
At Cirencester College, you would have the opportunity of helping students develop their skills and practices within early years settings. In a role that offers flexibility, you would work closely with students during their placements and offer feedback through formal and informal assessments of their practice.
Each student is observed ten times throughout their course, and effective feedback is vital to their success.
You would become part of a committed and supportive team who will readily share resources and best practices, and offer support whenever required. Within this environment we would help you further develop as a practitioner, as you in turn develop your students.

The post holder will be expected to:
- Have relevant occupational experience and competencies
- Hold, or be willing to work towards, an assessor qualification
- Candidates should have a commitment to providing high quality services to enable all learners to achieve their full potential.
- The post holder will be expected to demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively prepare students for structured/formal observations
- Candidates should possess either proven experience/competencies in industry or a good honours degree in a related subject (or a combination of both).
