About this Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to support and inspire engineering apprentices to achieve their qualifications and develop the skills needed for the workplace. You will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all training and assessment meets College and awarding body quality standards. Working closely with employers, colleagues and internal teams, you will help drive positive learner outcomes, strong employer relationships and the continued success of our apprenticeships provision.
About You
· Current industry knowledge and occupational competence in electrical, electronic, or dual‑skilled mechanical and electrical engineering
· A minimum Level 4 qualification in engineering (or relevant apprenticeship standard)
· An assessor qualification (A1 or CAVA), or a willingness to work towards one
· GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent
· Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

Salary: Uo to £40,000 per annum depending on experience + a £4000 scarce skills joining bonus*
Hours Per Week: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
