A107a Assessor for Plumbing, Domestic Heating and Gas

You’ll assess apprentices against industry standards, giving supportive guidance and clear feedback. You’ll help them gather strong evidence, make fair assessment decisions and take part in progress reviews with learners and employers. You’ll work closely with colleagues and employers to support achievement, strengthen apprenticeship delivery and contribute to recruitment and curriculum development. You’ll also keep your professional skills up to date and take part in wider apprenticeship and promotional activities as needed.

About You

• Level 3 qualifications in Plumbing, Domestic Heating and Gas, plus a valid Gas Safe card
• Recent, hands‑on industry experience
• Willing to complete the CAVA assessor qualification
• Confident using computers
• Maths and English at GCSE grade C / Level 2
