Must have’s

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset
• Full UK driving licence

• So, what will you be doing?
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Delivering a high-quality, end-to-end customer journey
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Presenting a strong understanding of vehicles, finance products and accessories
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proactively generating new business through prospecting and events
• Managing and maintaining your own customer database
• Ensuring all interactions follow FCA compliance guidelines
• Accurately appraising part exchange vehicles
