Office Admin and Book Keeping
Stonehouse
New Role, Quick Start! Fast moving startup technology company requires help with back office admin and basic book keeping. On site only due to nature of business. Must be able to clear security checks and right to work checks.
Book keeping must have’s
- Experience using Xero or quickbooks
- Reconciling bank statements with accounting records
- Maintaining fixed asset records
- Processing monthly journals as required
Office Admin must have’s
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Manage company diaries, schedule and coordinate daily appointments
- Updating HR system records with staff information.
GCSEs English and Maths: (B or above ) 6/7 or above.
