Must have’s

• Degree educated or equivalent experience
• Strong interest in sales, business development or a target driven environment
• Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and research
• Engaging with prospective clients and qualifying potential opportunities
• Building strong professional relationships and understanding client needs
• Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date with all activity
• Working closely with senior team members to convert opportunities into business
• Contributing ideas and best practice to improve team performance
• Working towards and exceeding achievable targets
