We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Temporary Staffing Division. Whether you already work in recruitment or come from a strong sales background, this is an opportunity to develop your career with direct support from experienced leaders within the business.

What are we looking for?

1. Previous sales or recruitment experience
2. Strong relationship building skills
3. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
4. Commercial awareness and ambition
5. Self motivated with a positive attitude
6. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
7. Team player with a strong work ethic
8. Experience within recruitment or temporary staffing would be beneficial, but attitude, drive and a desire to succeed are equally important.

What will you be doing?

Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
Generating new business opportunities
Managing temporary staffing requirements for clients
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Providing outstanding service to clients and candidates
Maintaining accurate records using recruitment systems and CRM tools
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and company goals
