Sales Executive (Part-Time, Remote)
4-hour working day | Fully remote | £16–£20 per hour + commission
Tiger Computing is looking for two part-time Sales Executives to help us start more conversations with the right companies and build a stronger pipeline of larger customers.
This is a straightforward role with clear expectations. If you’re confident speaking to people, organised, proactive, and comfortable managing outreach activity independently, this role could be a great fit.

We already have a strong customer base and are now looking to expand further, particularly by developing relationships with larger organisations operating 20+ systems.
The Role
Your job is to identify relevant companies, reach out to decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for our Business Development Manager.
This is not a closing role — your focus is on starting conversations, generating interest, and creating qualified opportunities.
You do not need a technical background. We’ll give you the context and support you need. What matters most is how you communicate, stay organised, and follow through consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching companies that could benefit from our services
- Reaching out via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Following an agreed outreach process
- Starting conversations and gauging interest
- Booking qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager
- Keeping our CRM (Pipedrive) accurate and up to date with notes and activity
- Building and managing your own outreach pipeline consistently each week
What Success Looks Like
Per person:
- 1 qualified meeting booked per week
- Contacting 15 new companies per week
- Reaching at least 2 relevant contacts within each company
- Consistent outreach activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Accurate and well-maintained CRM records
- This role focuses on consistency, quality, and professionalism rather than high-volume cold calling.
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in sales, outreach, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Confidence speaking to people on the phone
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Clear, friendly communication skills
- A proactive approach — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Motivated self-starters and fast learners
- Comfortable following processes and maintaining consistent outreach activity
- No technical background is required — we’ll support you with the basics.
What You’ll Get
- £16–£20 per hour
- £100 commission per qualified meeting booked
- £100 commission for every lead that converts into a client
- Tuesday–Thursday, 10am–2:30pm (4-hour working day with a 30-minute break)

Probation & Pilot Period
This role will initially operate as a 6-month probation and pilot period.
This allows time for:
- Onboarding and training
- Building outreach pipelines
- Developing relationships with target companies
- Allowing opportunities to progress through the sales cycle
- As our sales cycle can take several months, performance will be reviewed with appropriate consideration for ramp-up and pipeline development.
At the end of the 6-month period, the role and overall sales function will be reviewed with the option to:
- Continue and expand the team
- Increase hours
- Adjust outreach strategy or targets
- Scale the function further based on results
