What You’ll Be Doing
- Convert new business opportunities into sales across all product lines, supporting the delivery of company growth targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries and prospects, understanding their insurance needs as they evolve.
- Manage opportunities from first contact through to conclusion, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
- Promote and upsell the wider range of products and services across Kingsbridge, collaborating with other business areas.
- Maintain compliance with FCA, PRA and regulatory standards, always acting with integrity and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally within insurance.
- Experience working in a targeted, results-driven environment.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Cert CII qualified, working towards, or willing to study towards.
