About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to support the growth of Teal Products through new business acquisition, account development, and proactive sales activity.

This role is well suited to someone early in their sales career who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, specialist environment. The successful candidate will play an active role in expanding our market presence, increasing product sales, and building long-term customer relationships across target sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Teal Products
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and sales opportunities
  • Drive product sales growth through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and position Teal Products effectively to deliver value
  • Deliver product presentations, proposals, and support commercial negotiations
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and market penetration strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM records
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings where required

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to generating opportunities
  • Confidence in customer-facing environments
  • Motivated, organised, and target-driven
  • Experience using CRM systems is desirable
