The Role:
- As a Business Development Executive, you’ll focus on building relationships with founders, management teams, and investors within fast-growing UK companies.
- You’ll identify opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and introduce them to solutions that help their businesses thrive.
- Your role is consultative — focused on quality conversations, understanding client needs, and connecting them with the right expertise.
Must Haves
- Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and engaging across phone, email, and video.
- Curious and inquisitive mindset – eager to learn about industries, businesses, and people.
- Tech-savvy – confident using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and modern communication tools.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a sales, client-facing, or account management role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- Interest in start-ups, scale-ups, or high-growth industries.
- Understanding of sales pipelines or business development processes.
- Passion for purpose-led, sustainable, or B-Corp organisations.
- Experience with social selling via LinkedIn or other digital platforms.
- Background in financial services, professional services, or consultative sales (training provided).
