What you’ll bring
• A self-motivated, results-focused mindset — you’re hungry to achieve and exceed targets
• Confidence communicating with customers from all backgrounds via phone and email
• A natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Proven success in a sales role — whether in telesales, account management, or a customer-focused position
• Experience in telesales or phone-based selling
• Background or interest in Private Medical Insurance (PMI) desirable but not essential!

• Engaging new and existing customers to understand their needs and budgets
• Recommending tailored insurance solutions from top UK providers
• Confidently handling objections and closing sales
• Delivering exceptional service while achieving personal and team targets
