AccXel is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to help grow our partnerships, drive course and apprenticeship uptake, and champion the future of construction skills.
You’ll be a key ambassador for AccXel, growing relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting employers to upskill their workforce. If you thrive on connection and take initiative, you’ll shine here.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎ’๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ:
- Drive sales across our apprenticeships and training programmes
- Build and nurture relationships with construction employers
- Generate new leads and manage existing accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to support programme growth
- Use a CRM system to manage pipeline
- Provide updates, insights, and forecasts to the senior team

- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Confident communicator with strong relationshipโbuilding skills
