Our client, an award-winning not-for-profit organisation based in Gloucester, is looking for an experienced insurance professional to join their growing team on a permanent, part-time basis.

With 50 years of experience, the organisation has built a strong and established customer base with an excellent reputation within the sector. They are now looking for the right person to build on the success, bring fresh ideas and help shape the next stage of the business as it continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:
-Complete compliance, audit and reporting requirements, working with external brokers and third-party teams
-Monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement and suggest new ways to grow
-Support the launch of new products, promotions and growth strategies
-Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers and oversight partners
-Identify and report complaints to the board or relevant insurance brokers
-Carry out regular team one-to-ones, using audit feedback to support development
-Monitor team performance and engagement, helping to drive business growth and customer retention

Hours – 20 to 25 hours per week across 4/5 days per week (office based)

Salary – From £30,000 (FTE) depending on experience and negotiable +
-25 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays
-CEO regularly gets pizza/lunch delivered to the office

-Social Fridays where they attend bottomless brunches and have delivered breakfasts
-Very approachable/supportive and always on hand senior management

Salary: From £30,000 (FTE)

Hours Per Week: 20 to 25 hours per week across 4/5 days
