The Opportunity:
Due to sustained growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in cold rolled steel building systems. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape and drive the company s entry into a high-growth market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with key decision-makers in procurement, sustainability, and project management.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and technical solutions that align with client needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and negotiation through to contract completion.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, providing clear reporting on pipeline progress and sales performance.

About You:

  • Proven background in sales or business development within the cold rolled steel or steel building systems sector - essential
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing change in a dynamic environment.
  • High personal integrity and a commitment to delivering excellence.
