Friday mornings to prep vegetables and support the Marah cook. We ask for a minimum commitment of twice a month. Full training provided, no experience necessary.

We offer hot, nutritious food on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to our guests in the Stroud area who benefit from the meals and the company we provide. Our volunteers prepare the meals, help the cook, serve the meals and tidy and clean everything up at the end. Some of our volunteers act as supervisors too.

Volunteers will also support the other services we provide.

Some do both sessions!
