Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a CNC Turner Programmer / Setter to join our small team. We are located in Tewkesbury, working a four day week Monday – Thursday, 7am – 5pm. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components in accordance with technical specifications. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality through thorough inspections, maintaining machining equipment, and adhering to production schedules to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Fanuc and Siemens CNC Programming for CNC turning machines
- Milling experience an advantage
- Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with exotic materials like Inconel is an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 processes and quality assurance standards is a plus
- Effective communication skills and collaborative team-working abilities
- Previous industry experience in Oil and Gas, Medical, or other related sectors is beneficial
