Barista - Part Time

We are currently looking for someone to join our small but mighty team of passionate baristas. Situated in the beautiful Hatherley Park, we are blessed with the perfect setting to hone coffee making skills, chat to customers and meet some of our lovely four legged friends. As an independent, family-owned horsebox cafe, we rely on serving excellent coffee with excellent customer service.

This position is part time over weekdays and weekends, with specific hours negotiable. We are excited to find the right person for our team; please get in touch using the email below if you would appreciate an informal chat about the role.

The job will require you to:

• Have high quality barista skills (full training can be provided, however previous experience is desirable)
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Handle cash, to include daily cashing up
• Open and close the horsebox independently
• Work well in a small team and work alone
• Do small amounts of heavy lifting
• Be willing to cover sickness and holidays
• Be available for training on weekdays

Start date: 1st June 2026 (training w/b 25th May)
