Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the service
- Lead and support a dedicated team of carers
- Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered
- Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Monitor quality and help improve services
- Take part in the on-call rota and weekend cover

The Person
To succeed as a Deputy Manager, you will need:
- Experience in domiciliary care at senior or supervisory level
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confidence in leading and supporting a team
- A hands-on, caring approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Flexibility for alternate weekends and on-call duties
