Job Title: Healthcare Assistants with UK Driving License
Location: Wiltshire
Salary: £12.75 - £19.13 per hour

We're seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants across Wiltshire to provide support & care to clients individuals with diverse needs including elderly care, physical disabilities, and long-term health conditions. 12-hour shifts are available, both full-time and part-time. A UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing regular checks for health and welfare.
- Supporting the client with their personal care needs.
- Administering medication.
- Use of moving and assisting equipment such as ceiling track hoists, electric wheelchairs, through the floor lifts, totos etc.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to person-cantered care
- Encouraging independence where possible.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in the industry, minimum 6 months paid experience required
- A UK driving licence is essential.
- Availability to attend in person 5 days of mandatory induction training in one of our offices (Cheltenham, Salisbury, or Chippenham).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient nature.
- Ability to work independently and with initiative
