About the role
We are looking for a person centred, dynamic and proactive Care & Support Worker to support the successful running of the residence by ensuring that the highest standards of care & support are provided to residents who are residing in the home, as well as ensuring the optimum health and well-being of residents at all times
National Star is a charity, who have colleges offering life-transforming learning, personal development and specialist therapies for young people who have complex learning difficulties and disabilities in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and South Wales. National Star also offers long term living with residences in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and now Herefordshire.
We are looking for a Care & Support Worker to work full time, 37hrs per week. You will be required to work shifts to include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
