Registered Manager - Supported Living (Gloucestershire)
Retain Healthcare are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager for one of our clients in Gloucestershire. The Registered Manager will lead multiple Supported Living services for young adults with a range of complex needs. The services are located close to each other and offer a dynamic, engaging environment for people who thrive in a hands-on leadership role.
In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality support planning, manage staff teams, assist with travel arrangements and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with senior leadership to continue developing and strengthening the services, supported by strong office systems and an established team.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing Supported Living services across several nearby locations
• Overseeing staff teams, supervisions, rota management and operational planning
• Ensuring high-quality support plans, risk assessments and documentation
• Leading audits, spot checks and preparation for inspections
• Promoting a positive, empowering culture for individuals supported
• Participating in a low-intensity on-call rota
About you:
• Experienced in Supported Living or multi-site adult social care, although other backgrounds considered
• Strong people manager with excellent organisational skills
• Flexible, open-minded and a strong problem solver
• Level 5 in Leadership for Adult Care or working towards (support available)
• Comfortable balancing administration with hands-on service visibility
Whats on offer:
• Salary around £38,000
• Full-time hours (37.5-40 per week)
