B001 Estates Officer

This role helps to keep the College safe, secure and welcoming by opening and closing buildings, responding to alarms and emergencies, and ensuring any hazards are dealt with promptly. You will carry out routine safety checks, maintain accurate records, and support fire evacuations and emergency procedures when required. The role also involves assisting with day-to-day site operations, including room set-ups, deliveries, minor maintenance tasks, and resolving jobs raised through the College helpdesk. During busy periods, you may support Reception by welcoming visitors, answering telephone calls and handling post. Working closely with colleagues across the College, you will help maintain a clean, safe and positive environment for students, staff and visitors
About You
Experience working with customers or members of the public.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Willing to complete Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training.
