Nursery Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic chef/cook to prepare healthy, nutritious and appetising food for the children who attend our busy full day care nursery. All My Friends Childcare provides high quality care and education for children from birth to 5 years from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, including provision of healthy, home cooked meals and snacks throughout the day.

The successful candidate will have great communication and personal organisation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.

Previous catering experience is essential,and you must have sound knowledge of Food Hygiene & Safety, Health & Safety, Allergen and COSHH regulations including maintenance of SFBB documentation.

A current Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate is a requirement of the role: if you do not hold this, you will be required to complete the training as part of your induction programme.

Contract: 30 hours per week
