Move More - Head of Early Years

Head of Early Years. Hours: 37.5 per week. Salary: £32,000 - £47,000 (Based on qualifications and experience)

Reporting to the Deputy CEO you will provide visionary, strategic and operational leadership in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a Move More Early Years setting, ensuring exceptional quality, strong safeguarding practice, and meaningful developmental outcomes for every child. This role will shape the strategic direction of Early Years provision, cultivate a culture of curiosity, play, and inclusion, and ensure all delivery is aligned with national frameworks and best practice. The postholder will lead high‑performing staff, strengthen operational systems, and champion innovative approaches that enhance school readiness, support families, and expand the reach and impact of Move More’s Early Years setting.
