Nursery Assistant – fulltime position, working an 8.5 - hour day (8:30am – 5:00pm) during school term times. Working during holiday clubs (2 weeks in April and 3 weeks in August). Plus 5 inset days. Includes 30 mins paid lunch break. Job share considered. Competitive salary.

We are looking for a Nursery Assistant for Puddleducks Nursery, Chalford Hill, caring for children aged between 12 months up to school age.  

As a qualified Early Years Educator, you will be a kind, warm and enthusiastic practitioner, who is passionate and committed to supporting young children to achieve and develop their personal goals and have lots of fun! With your passion for, and good knowledge of, Early Years education, you will work in an established, dedicated, fun and experienced team in our spacious and well equipped indoor and outdoor learning environments.

You will need to hold a recognised Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification and GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths. We would love you to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working with young children and have excellent communication skills. We value our staff and their development and there is potential to undertake further training in skills relating to Early Years education.
