Aspire Foundation is currently expanding and developing high quality family support services for families with young children to help build confidence, social skills and relationships.

Are you passionate about using data and digital tools to make a difference in the lives of children and families?

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and organised Data and Digital Communications Officer to help shape how we share information, monitor impact, and support service delivery in our Family Support and Early Years teams.

What You will be doing:

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll combine your skills in digital communication and data analysis to:

  • Analyse and report on key service data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support statutory contract monitoring requirements for our Children and Family Centre contract, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Keep our website and social media channels fresh, accessible, and engaging.
  • Maintain our information asset register and support good data governance.
  • Help ensure we meet our data retention responsibilities.
  • Support teams to make the most of SharePoint and other collaboration tools.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is digitally confident, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences, from frontline staff to senior leaders.

This is a 0.6 FTE position (equivalent to 3 days per week) with flexible working arrangements available, making it ideal for someone seeking a part-time opportunity with real impact.

Salary: £19,269 pa pro-rata (FTE £32,115.00pa)

Hours Per Week: Part Time: 22.5 hours/week
