We are currently seeking an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave.
About the Role
You’ll work alongside our HR Manager, acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries and supporting staff and managers with a range of HR matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and advising staff and managers on day-to-day HR matters
- Maintaining and reporting from the HR database
- Administering the full recruitment cycle
- Supporting payroll administration
- Assisting with office management
- Contributing to HR-related projects, including systems, processes, and policy improvements
About You
- You’ll be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience, working at or towards CIPD Level 5.
You’ll also have:
- Previous experience as a senior HR administrator
- Experience using HR databases
- Ability to provide sound HR advice to staff and managers
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and web-based systems
- Experience using HR Partners, Sage Payroll, and knowledge of best practices in HR systems would be advantageous.
