Funding and Relationship Manager

This is a senior, hands-on role for a strategic and proactive fundraiser who can both shape vision and deliver results. You’ll lead income generation across multiple streams, develop high-quality funding bids, secure corporate partnerships, grow community fundraising, and build strong relationships with funders and stakeholders.

Working closely with our Senior Management Team and Trustees, you’ll manage and motivate the fundraising team and volunteers, drive performance against income targets, and act as a passionate ambassador for Sunflowers.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A proven track record in senior fundraising or income generation
• Strong bid-writing and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing staff and/or volunteers
• The confidence to represent and grow a developing charity
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
