A Christian youth charity based in Gloucestershire, The Door was established in 1991 for the benefit of all young people aged 11 to 17. It’s a place where every young person can feel safe, happy and valued, with the best possible opportunity to reach their potential.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, friendly and dedicated individuals to join our award-winning youth work team as Youth Support Workers. Experience of working with young people in a youth work setting and an awareness of the issues facing young people today is essential.
Ongoing training and support is provided and The Door is committed to supporting your personal growth and development in the role. You will need to be available for mostly afternoon and evening shifts (hours negotiable) working in both Youth Club and School settings.
