Early Years Educator and Deputy Manager Maternity Cover vacancy – fixed term initially – term time only. 25 hours a week with potential to increase. Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour. Start date: December 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and experienced practitioner with a Level 3 qualification in childcare to join our small team on a fixed term contract basis initially.  Hours will initially be 25 per week, with potential for increase. There may also be an opportunity for the right candidate to stay on after the fixed term in a further part time capacity. 

All appointments are subject to interview, enhanced DBS checks, references, identity confirmation, confirmation of qualification and right to work in the UK checks.  All staff are expected to commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.  All staff are expected to attend first aid and food hygiene training at the start of their employment.

We are a term time only setting and our opening hours will be Monday to Friday 8:55am – 2:55pm.
