RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR


Stroud

Salary:  NJC Grade 4, Scale point 7-10 from £26,403 to £27,694 per annum pro rata.

Days/Times:   Monday to Thursday 08.15-16.15, Friday 08.15 – 16.00 (with a daily 30-minute unpaid break).

Status: Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Receptionist/Administrator, to join our administration team responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls, maintaining records and calendars, supporting staff briefings, producing reception materials, and managing general office tasks. The postholder must follow safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies, contribute positively to the school community, and participate in training.

St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
