Head of Income Generation and Engagement

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for supporting young people? Join Talk Well a counselling charity in Gloucestershire, committed to making mental health services accessible, inclusive, and impactful for children, young people, and families.

At Talk Well, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income Generation and Engagement will have a central role in the delivery of Talk Well’s strategic plan to enable us to support more children, young people and their families with their mental health. The role holds responsibility for the development and delivery of an innovative income generation strategy and a separate marketing and communications strategy.
This exciting new position will play a key part in expanding and diversifying income streams, helping to ensure every young person as someone to talk to. The Head of Income Generation and Engagement requires an individual who is driven to support Talk Well to achieve its ambitions at pace, today and in the future.

Place of Work:
Talk Well, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend TIC+ meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.

Terms: Permanent (subject to funding)

Post: 37.5 hours per week. Hours can be delivered flexibly Mon-Fri between core hours of 8am and 6pm.
Rate of Pay: Grade F £50,154.00 - £53,995.50. Rate of pay whole time equivalent. Salary is dependent on experience.
