Location: Office-based or hybrid (Tuesdays in the office, flexible otherwise)
Contract: Permanent, Part-time (22.5 hours per week) Applications from freelancers also welcomed

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our social media strategy, helping us connect with audiences, share inspiring stories, and amplify our mission to make life better for older people across Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a creative social media strategy.
  • Design visuals and produce compelling written content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Use data-driven insights to grow engagement and reach.
  • Explore new opportunities on emerging platforms.
  • When needed, use your creativity to support campaigns, and other marketing activity.
  • Create relevant content and update our website using the CMS when required.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in social media management for a charity, organisation or brand.
  • Creative, organised, and confident in using social media to make a real impact.
  • Strong skills in content creation – both written and visual (with Canva experience)
  • A natural team player who believes in our mission and values.
