Salary: £25,229.17 - £27,028.68 Pro rata’d (Actual £17,653.83 - £18,913.02 per annum)
Hours: 30 hours per week, 38 weeks term time only. 8:30am to 2:30pm (slightly flexible for the right candidate)
Gloucestershire Facilities Management (GFM) is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook/Supervisor to join our dedicated Catering Team based at Gloucestershire College.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality, creative dishes within budget, ensuring consistently excellent standards. You will lead and support the Catering Team, fostering a positive and professional working environment while providing an efficient, friendly, and customer-focused service to staff, learners, and visitors.
You will also ensure full compliance with College policies, procedures, and Food Safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety at all times.
