The Role

• Chef de Partie role across multiple kitchens within the estate
• Cooking modern British, seasonal menus with a strong farm-to-plate ethos

• Supporting senior chefs and mentoring junior team members

The Ideal Chef

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP
• Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
• Comfortable working to high standards in busy services
• Positive, team-focused and keen to develop

Location Rural countryside setting near Lechlade, accessible from Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
