Looking for a Head Chef role that offers structure, support, and a well-run kitchen?
At Jubilee Recruitment, we re working with a busy, fresh-food operation in Bristol looking for a Head Chef to lead from the front.
This is a high-volume environment with a strong team already in place a kitchen built around consistency, quality, and delivering fresh food at pace.

The role:
- Leading and developing a team across all sections
- Driving standards in food quality and presentation
- Managing stock, ordering, and compliance
- Creating a positive, organised kitchen culture
- Hands-on leadership during service
What we re looking for:
- Experience at Head Chef or strong Sous Chef level
- Confident in high-volume, fresh-food environments
- A calm, organised approach to service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
