Pastry Chef - production

Pastry Chef needed for a bakery production opperation near Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. The hours of work are from 5am to 2.30pm, five days per week and the salary is 32,760 per annum or 14/hour. Generally, you will be working Monday to Friday with one weekend in every three. Christmas and bank holidays off, 28 days annual leave and company pension.

Applicants must have 2 years experience working as a pastry chef or baker with experience in laminating, mixing, baking and decorating. A keen interest in making artisan products with top quality organic and locally sourced ingrediets is desirable and your own transport is essential due to the rural location.

NVQ level 3 is bakery and patisserie would be advantageous but is not essential for applicants with prior experience as a pastry chef or baker.

Accommodation is potentially available with this role for applicants with their own transport.
