We're proud to be working with a hugely popular, fast-growing casual dining brand with bold flavours, seriously good burgers, and a buzzing, fast-paced kitchen. Our Cheltenham restaurant is already going strong, and we're on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to help lead the team and deliver knockout food every day.
What You'll Be Doing

Our Cheltenham restaurant is already going strong, and we're on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to help lead the team and deliver knockout food every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and develop the back-of-house team
- Keep prep, service, and hygiene standards sharp and consistent
- Ensure food is delivered fast, fresh, and full of flavour
- Take charge of stock control, health & safety, and daily systems
- Be a positive, motivating force in the kitchen
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a busy kitchen
- Love for bold, high-quality food and fast service
- Calm, confident approach under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of kitchen safety, systems, and structure
- Enthusiasm to grow and evolve with a popular brand
- Up to £38,000 + Bonus

Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 Annual + Up to 38K + Bonus
