Fish Fryer (Approx. 30 Hours per Week)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Fish Fryer to join our team at our busy shop in Stroud town centre.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone mature, hardworking, and confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and frying fish and chips to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency and quality during busy service periods
- Supporting general shop duties and cleanliness
- Working as part of a small, friendly team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality (fish frying or kitchen experience a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Hours & Location:
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Shifts typically 10:00–14:00 and/or 15:30/16:00–21:00
- Tuesday to Saturday (flexible working available, but must be able to regularly work Saturdays)
- Based in Stroud town centre, with some shifts at our food unit in Five Valleys Food Hall
Pay:
- Competitive pay depending on experience
