About this Role
Compass Point is part of the Exaclibur Academies Trust. We are a diverse and friendly primary school in the heart of Bedminster, in South Bristol. We are a single site, one form entry school with a 4 class Resource Base and have a school field, forest school area and dedicated cookery and art rooms. Working as part of our Early Years team we would like to hear from you if you:
- Can challenge, inspire and support children in their learning;
- Have experience of working in the foundation stage
- Have experience of working with children with SEND;
- Have high expectations of children and a belief that all children can succeed;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are able to work effectively within our talented and friendly team
- Have a commitment to working with others on whole school priorities.
