Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Educator to join our family. As an Early
Years Educator, you will be responsible for supporting and inspiring children, helping them to
explore, discover, and build a love for learning. You will work closely with children, parents, and a
team of educators to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a broad, balanced, and inclusive early years curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children to learn and play.
- Encourage children’s physical, social and emotional, and cognitive development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to their development plans.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s
- development.
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure the well-being of each child at all times.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (or higher).
- Experience working with children in an early years setting.
- A passion for early childhood education and supporting young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Desirable Skills:
- First Aid Certification (or willing to complete).
- Experience with children with additional needs.
- Full, clean driving licence.

As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to attend an interview and complete a short,
observed session with a class of our children.
