Playworker

Required to start as soon as possible

We are looking for a vibrant, inspirational and dedicated Playworker to join our very friendly team.
Applicants must have a passion for delivering outstanding childcare and have a creative approach. We
take pride in supporting staff wellbeing and offer great training opportunities.

Main Roles:

You'll support the children to follow their own ideas and interests for play. You'll provide stimulating
and creative play opportunities to meet the children’s individual needs and to further support their
development. Most importantly, you’ll have fun and be a great role model for the children.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 3-6pm (15 hours per week) Term time only. Additional hours may be
available during our summer holiday club.

We are looking for applicants who have EYFS knowledge, a relevant level 2 qualification or have some
experience in a similar role. Training in Safeguarding, Prevent Duty, Paediatric First Aid is also
preferable, but training can be offered. We are committed to the safeguarding of children and require
all successful applicants to undertake an Enhanced check from the Disclosure and Barring Service
(DBS)
