About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s motivated to work alongside Senior Management, nursery staff, and the wider nursery community to provide a space where children can truly thrive to reach their full potential and beyond. As a key part of a team that values passion for Early Years, someone who brings enthusiasm will be backed by a team committed to help shape your future. You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain the warm, close‑knit environment we’re proud of — one where every child feels safe, valued, and heard. Through positive engagement and a nurturing approach, you’ll help ensure our nursery remains a caring space for both children and the team around them.

Role Details
- Full time, all year round
- Salary is regularly reviewed based upon performance and feedback. We recognise progression and good working practices and compensate accordingly.

Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare
- Successfully complete all DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices
