Job Description:

We are now recruiting for our 2026 holiday camps at the following locations:

  • Cotswold School -  Bourton-on-the-Water
  • Kingham Hill School - Chipping Norton
  • Dinglewell - Gloucester

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Play Camp Manager to lead a fun, safe, and engaging camp experience for children aged 3-5 (Camp 1). Our camps run during all school holidays and focus on play-based learning, creativity, and outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the early years camp, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of playworkers to deliver high-quality childcare.
  • Plan and implement structured, play-based activities that promote child development.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Monitor children’s well-being and manage any behavioral or welfare issues.
  • Complete administrative duties, including attendance records and staff schedules.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging atmosphere where children feel comfortable and supported.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with early years children.
  • Paediatric First Aid Certification.
  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service).
