1:1 support Fixed Term

Job Title: SEN 1:1 Support Practitioner Fairford

Class People are currently recruiting for Early Years setting in Fairford for a fixed term until July 2026. We are looking for a 1 to 1 nursery practitioner with SEN qualification or experience with positive results who can help out term time only for a fixed term from April 2026 until July 2026.

Location: Fairford

Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified SEN Practitioner with experience in 1:1 support to assist a child in a nursery setting. This role requires providing dedicated support to help the child thrive in their educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver tailored 1:1 support for a child with SEN.
* Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for learning and development.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the child's specific needs are met.
* Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other professionals.

Requirements:

* Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 2, 3 or above).
* Proven experience working with children with SEN.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.
