Nursery Practitioner

Bourton On The Water Day Nursery is seeking motivated individuals to join our ever growing team.
Within this role you would be responsible for working alongside a team of other staff to plan and deliver
high quality play and learning experiences based on children’s next steps.
Skills Needed
• Good Communication skills.
• A passion for helping little people learn and grow.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Be able to multi-task.
• A passion for delivering high quality provocations and invitations to play
• A great sense of humour.
Duties
• Having fun and engaging our little people in a variety of activities.
• Observing and planning activities to support children’s learning and development.
• Building relationships with parents/carers
• Ensuring all children are kept safe at all times.
• Working with the management team to ensure high standards are maintained.
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experiences.
