About You
We are looking for a talented EYFS teacher who:
• has strong experience working in Early Years
• is passionate about teaching and feels inclusion is their strength
• has high expectations of all pupils, including SEND and supports them all to achieve well
• is excited and committed to continually better their own practice - to ‘achieve more tomorrow than today’
• enjoys professional conversations with colleagues to support, moderate and delve deeper into specific provision that supports all pupils’ progress
• is eager to support the Headteacher and wider team in delivering the best possible start to each child’s learning journey
You will:
• Have a passion for making a real difference
• Demonstrate a proven track record of accelerating pupil progress and closing attainment gaps
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
• Be reliable, resilient, hardworking and calm
• Adapt effectively in challenging situations
