Essential:
- Full & relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Confident communicator with good IT skills
- Positive, proactive and a true team player
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding care and early years education
- Support learning in line with the EYFS
- Carry out observations & keep records up to date
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Act as a Key Person, building strong partnerships with parents
- Create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
